SEC Championship Part 2, I mean BCS Title Game

As tonight's game between the LSU Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide crept closer I told myself that I was going to boycott the game.  College sports was served a great injustice when Oklahoma State was not allowed to play LSU for the title.  In my mind it is extremely clear that Alabama had their chance to beat LSU and blew it while Ok. State beat #4, #8, #13, #17, and a #22 during their season.

As I sit here and watch the game I told myself I am not going to watch, I am realizing why I didn't want to watch to start with, it is a boring game.  Just imagine how exciting it would have been to watch Ok. States offense vs. LSU defense.  If anyone watched what West Virginia did to the LSU defense, 553 total yards (can we say overrated SEC defenses), imagine what Brandon Weeden could have done tonight. Instead of getting that excitement I am stuck dreaming about what could have been during this dull 1st quarter.

How is it that a team that wins the Big 12 Championship 44-10 over their arch rival doesn't get into the title game but a team that doesn't even play for their conference Championship does? Because the BCS sucks that is how. Maybe once Alabama beats LSU tonight and there is a three way tie for the Championship we will get a +1 system.
