A source close to with the Eagles organization say that they might cut Michael Vick. The source reports that no matter what happens in the police investigation they are considering releasing him. Vick has possible involvement in a shooting in VA Beach last week. Read about the shooting in Virginia Beach.
To combat those reports the Eagles released this statement yesterday, “any report or speculation that suggests the Eagles are considering releasing Vick are not true. We will continue to gather information and monitor the situation and we will not have any further comment until that process is complete.”
Vick is schedule to make 5.2 million next year in his contract with the Eagles. Vick is the back-up quarterback to Kevin Kolb after the McNabb was traded this offseason to the Washington. Releasing Vick could make for an interesting hole in the quarterback position.

Police just released a statement saying that they know the person who fired the weapon at the night club but will not charge them nor release their name due to the fact that the man shot has not been working with the police to solve the shooting.

James, you will not like this but at the Spring game this year Vick got a standing ovation at half time as he was announced onto the field. As a FORMER Hokie I felt bad for him and thought his suspension was a little harsh so I stood up and clapped, but now I'm over him. Even if he wasn't involved he shouldn't be putting himself in sketchy situations. Micheal and Marcus are a waste of perfectly good athletic talent.

Yea they are both a disgrace. Marcus was good enough to go pro but his "stomp" on the calf of a defensive lineman act cost him his pro career.
