All-Star Game Roster Announced

The 2010 MLB All-Star game rosters were announced yesterday. All of the starters were elected by fan votes. The reserves and pitchers were picked by the coaches of the previous World Series, Charlie Manuel and Joe Girardi, and also the players of each league. As with voting of any sort and there is always controversy like that of Omar Infante who isn't a regular starter for the Braves making the team while good, but young, players like Strasburg were not elected to the team. Fan's have one final say where they can vote for the 34th and final spot on each team so cast your vote here.

The All-Star game will be played July 13th in Anaheim. Since the Yankee's won the World Series last year the AL will have home field advantage. A fun tid-bit is that the AL have a winning streaking going since 1996 if you take out the tie in 2002. The rosters are below:
